Business-purpose use

Titan's financing services are intended for legitimate business purposes. By submitting a funding inquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18, are authorized to act for the business, and are requesting financing for a business purpose.

Titan's role

Titan Biz Finance acts as a commercial-finance broker/intermediary for third-party financing unless an offer and agreement expressly identify another role. Titan may collect information, help compare structures, coordinate next steps, and transmit authorized information to financing providers. For third-party products, the provider controls final underwriting, approval, pricing, documentation, and the financing agreement. An internal Titan review does not, by itself, mean Titan is the capital provider.

No guaranteed financing

Submitting a form or discussing a financing option does not guarantee eligibility, approval, an offer, a specific amount, pricing, terms, timing, or funding. Availability depends on underwriting, documentation, provider criteria, jurisdiction, and final agreements.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to correct material errors. Titan may pause or close processing when required information is missing, inconsistent, or cannot be verified.

Credit information

Submitting the website inquiry does not, by itself, authorize a consumer or business credit pull. If a credit inquiry is needed later, the applicable authorization should be presented separately before the inquiry.

Compensation and fees

Titan may receive compensation from financing providers or other parties in connection with funded transactions. Titan does not assess, collect, or solicit an advance fee from a Florida business for Titan's broker services. Any other merchant-paid fee, if applicable, should be disclosed before acceptance. Review the full offer, including amount received, repayment obligation, payment frequency, term or expected duration, fees, collateral, guarantees, and prepayment provisions before signing.

Florida commercial-financing notice

For covered Florida commercial financing transactions, the applicable provider supplies the required transaction-specific disclosure at or before consummation. Titan's website inquiry is not that disclosure or a financing offer. See Financing Disclosures for details.

Website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious code, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

The website may reference or connect with third-party providers. Their services, terms, privacy practices, underwriting decisions, and agreements are governed by their own policies and contracts.

Changes

These terms may be revised from time to time. Continued use after updated terms are posted is subject to the revised terms.
