Important information before you apply.
Titan helps businesses compare financing paths, but the actual provider and final transaction documents control approval, pricing, obligations, and transaction-specific disclosures.
Titan's role
Titan Biz Finance acts as a commercial-finance broker/intermediary for third-party financing unless a specific transaction expressly identifies another role. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee eligibility, approval, a particular amount, pricing, term, timing, or funding. For third-party financing, the applicable provider controls final underwriting, approval, documentation, and the financing agreement.
Compare the complete transaction
Before accepting an offer, review the amount actually received, total repayment obligation or purchased amount, payment or remittance method, frequency, term or expected duration, fees, collateral or liens, guarantees, prepayment provisions, and other conditions in the provider's final documents. Titan may receive compensation from financing providers or other parties when a transaction funds. Titan does not assess, collect, or solicit an advance fee from a Florida business for Titan's broker services.
MCA and sales-based financing
Merchant cash advance or sales-based financing can be structured differently from a conventional term loan. A factor rate is not the same thing as an annual percentage rate. Business owners should compare the total dollar cost, remittance structure, reconciliation or adjustment provisions when applicable, and the actual agreement before accepting the transaction.
Florida commercial-financing disclosure
Covered Florida commercial financing transactions are subject to Florida Statutes sections 559.961 through 559.9615. For a covered third-party transaction, the provider that consummates the financing supplies the applicable written transaction disclosure at or before consummation. That disclosure may be provided separately or with the final agreement and closing materials. Titan's website inquiry is not that transaction-specific disclosure or a financing offer.
Coverage and exemptions depend on the actual provider and transaction. View Florida Statutes, Chapter 559, Part XIII ↗
Business-purpose financing
Titan's services are intended for business-purpose financing. Product availability and requirements vary by transaction, provider, and jurisdiction.
