Privacy Policy
A plain-English summary of what Titan collects through this website, why it is used, where it may go, and the choices available to you.
Effective date: October 13, 2026
Information collected on the website
Titan may collect the information you choose to submit through contact and funding-inquiry forms, such as contact details, business information, requested financing range, selected product, revenue and time-in-business ranges, estimated credit range, current financing information, and product-specific underwriting responses. Basic device, browser, referral, campaign, and page-interaction information may also be processed when site analytics or advertising measurement is enabled.
What the first application does not collect
The initial funding inquiry is intentionally separated from sensitive-document collection. Do not enter Social Security numbers, government-ID images, bank account or routing numbers, online-banking credentials, or financial-document uploads into the first application or general contact form.
How inquiry information moves
You submit business and contact information needed for an initial review.
The inquiry can be stored in Titan's business systems and made available to authorized team members involved in intake and follow-up.
Authorized vendors may support hosting, communications, CRM, security, analytics, or other operational functions.
When appropriate to the financing request and permitted by the applicable authorization and law, relevant information may be shared with providers involved in evaluating or processing the request.
Why Titan uses information
Information may be used to respond to the inquiry, evaluate possible financing paths, coordinate requested next steps, communicate about the application, maintain business and compliance records, prevent misuse, operate and secure the website and related systems, and understand website performance and lead sources.
Secure Supporting Documents
Titan Biz Finance LLC uses a dedicated, company-managed secure document system to collect and store supporting business and financial records separately from its initial website inquiry forms. Please submit only requested documents through the designated process.
Authorized Titan personnel and service providers may access records as needed to support document storage, review, processing, security, and related operations. Relevant information may also be shared with financing providers involved in evaluating or processing your request, subject to applicable authorizations, agreements, and law.
Marketing and application communications
Titan may use the contact information you provide to respond to and service the financing inquiry as permitted by law. Optional marketing permission is requested separately on the application and is not required to submit an inquiry. Where an unsubscribe or opt-out method is provided, you can use it to stop applicable future marketing communications.
Cookies and analytics choices
When optional analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may process device, referral, campaign, page-view, and interaction information. Where the site presents cookie choices, non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are intended to follow those choices. Titan does not intentionally send SSNs, bank credentials, account numbers, uploaded financial documents, or free-form sensitive application content as analytics event parameters.
Retention and Security
Titan uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including account authentication, folder-level permissions, and document activity records. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Records are retained according to their purpose, the status of the financing request, and applicable legal, contractual, compliance, fraud-prevention, and business-record requirements. You may contact Titan with privacy questions or requests to correct or delete information. Requests are subject to applicable law and obligations requiring continued retention.
Your choices
You may contact Titan with privacy questions or requests concerning information you submitted, including correction or deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained when required for legal, contractual, compliance, fraud-prevention, or business-record purposes.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the website, services, systems, or legal requirements change. Material updates should be reflected by a new effective date.
